Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading one or more software engineering teams.
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience with a comprehensive understanding of full-stack development. Bonus points for proficiency in data and cloud analytics warehousing (e.g. Redshift).
- Demonstrated expertise in code quality and delivery management, strategic communication with team and senior leadership, designing and developing large-scale web platforms and microservices in an API-first environment, with an emphasis on operational excellence and customer experiences. Bonus points for experience in the SMB software space (ERPs, eCommerce, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead change, establish cross-functional collaboration with product management and design, and lead team growth and development through feedback and challenging opportunities.
- Proven ability to break down barriers and enable teams to work with urgency.
