3+ years of experience leading one or more software engineering teams.
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience with a comprehensive understanding of full-stack development. Bonus points for proficiency in data and cloud analytics warehousing (e.g. Redshift).
Demonstrated expertise in code quality and delivery management, strategic communication with team and senior leadership, designing and developing large-scale web platforms and microservices in an API-first environment, with an emphasis on operational excellence and customer experiences. Bonus points for experience in the SMB software space (ERPs, eCommerce, etc.).
Proven ability to lead change, establish cross-functional collaboration with product management and design, and lead team growth and development through feedback and challenging opportunities.
Proven ability to break down barriers and enable teams to work with urgency.
