Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Legal Studies, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience negotiating domestic and cross-border transactions in the job offered or in a related occupation in the financial services industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Negotiation and administration of domestic and cross border transactions including Escrows, Corporate Debt, Project Finance, M&A, Administrative, or Collateral Agency agreements to ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable administrative and operational processes; Supporting and managing complex deals under NY law and jurisdictions in Latin America including Peru, Colombia, Dominic Republic, Panama, and Brazil; Working with deal structure and borrower and investor transaction plans incorporated in agreements under negotiation to ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies; Ensuring compliance with federal regulations, bank policies and procedures including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements; Managing and mitigating financial risks associated with agency & trust market general activities to support client decisions; and Implementation of executed transactions during the onboarding and termination process, identifying administrative and operational activities under agreements, and collecting required documentation for processing transactions. 40 hrs./wk.
