Provides analytic support for a specific set of products in GCSBB. May be responsible for performing routine research, planning and follow up. Competencies required include market analysis/research focus, in-depth knowledge of products, a Bachelor's degree, and 1 to 3 years related experience.
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience with mortgage pricing
- Comfortable working over the phone in a customer service environment
- Organizational and problem resolution skills
- Accustomed to multi-tasking and time management
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite--especially Word, Excel, and Access
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to continuously learn and adapt
