Transaction Processing Junior Analyst is a junior level role responsible for processing and monitoring payments, and handling clients/3rd party banks' investigations in relation to SEPA and ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing and monitoring payments and handling clients' or other banks' queries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring payments related to SEPA payments, Direct Debits, ACH transactions and other banking products
• Responding to queries related to the payments processing for the covered products and clients' investigations accurately
• Identifying and reporting potential issues, error root-cause results, suggesting and implementing resolution
• Participation in projects and system changes
• Possible shift-work (early7:30/8:00 AM;mid 10:30AM shifts) including public holidays, occasionally weekends for tests purpose

Qualifications:

• Strong command of English in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of one of the following European languages will be an asset:Spanish, German or Italian
• Strong investigative and analytical skills, thinking outside the box, a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Perfect organizational skills, ability to solve problems, making accurate and quick decisions, multitasking
