As a Lead Executive Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to our corporate executives. You will be accountable for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling sensitive information with utmost professionalism. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure the smooth operation of our executive offices. You will report directly to our Executive President, Chief Procurement Officer and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. You will support a total of 3 of our high-level Executives in Procurement, Logistics' and Planning. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, contribute to important projects, and play a key role in driving the success of our organization.
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist with meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up
• Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, filing, and organizing documents
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive administrator or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience assisting C-level executives or senior executives
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
