Establish and maintain a comprehensive corporate compliance program that addresses relevant laws and standards, including privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, IPPL, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
Develop, manage, and ensure implementation of policies and procedures. To mitigate compliance risks and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate and manage external audits and inquiries from authorities, customers, partners, and other relevant parties.
Regular assessments and internal audits should be conducted to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective action plans where necessary.
Training and Awareness. Develop, monitor, and circulate training programs for employees to ensure their understanding of compliance obligations.
Communication and reports. To the legal team, regulatory agencies, senior management, the board, and other stakeholders.
Incident Management. Investigate compliance-related incidents and breaches, ensuring timely resolution and mitigative plan.
Track and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards changes and evaluate their impact on the company’s compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Law degree - preferred.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as CCEP, CRCM, or similar credentials- advantage.
2 years of experience in a compliance role or related field, preferably within the technology sector.
Proven track record of working independently and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and develop effective policies and procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
