The Supply Chain Leader will formulate the long-term logistics policy, taking into account all the relevant factors for integrated management.
Your role:
Negotiating rates & contracts, third party logistics management, optimizing upstream/downstream shipments (sea, air, ground, rail), ensuring Import and Export compliance (declarations, audits)
Defining the codification & traceability strategy, leading the distribution and RMA strategy, leading MRP planning and inventory management
Optimizing the HW revenue recognition, being a stakeholder for ERP and CRM tools definition and enhancement, owning the PSC processes for ISO13485, MDSAP and FDA audits
Collaborating in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process (pricing strategy, sales BOM, manufacturing, distribution, end of sale), collaborating in customer/reseller contract negotiation
Strong collaboration with Finance, R&D, Product Management, Professional Services and Sales teams
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in direct supply chain-related experience
Your skills include strong negotiation and contractual skills, experience in NPI projects, demonstrated knowledge and use of Lean principles and continuous improvement, proven track record of excellent customer centricity and markets relationship management skills, experience with SAP and Salesforce
You have a Bachelor/Master of Science degree in a technical or business field. MBA is preferred
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
You have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with various levels of the organization and the Ability to work within cross-cultural environment

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $112,112 to $192,192
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
