Job responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end deliverables producing high quality and insightful materials to support the delivery of key messaging updates, (Business Reviews, Leadership Team Meetings, Exec Presentations, Townhalls, Factpacks)
- Support the group head with managing deliverables related to ad hoc internal team management and senior management business updates
- Coordinate with the Finance teams on mid-year and annual financial planning and monthly forecasting
- Demonstrate ability to create impactful executive level presentations that create a story utilizing data insights
- Coordinate across the organization to report and monitor the health of the business
- Build strong relationships & partner effectively with the business to make process enhancements to optimize business performance
- Report on monthly key objectives and results (OKRs) across the business
