As Senior Customer Project Manager, you will lead projects for Radiology Informatics (RI), that are customer facing, to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations, and to create customer value. You will be part ofEnterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation Central Europe and your projects will befor clients in The Netherlands and Belgium

Your role:

Lead and oversee large-scale projects (>$1M EUR), coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction by:

• Defining and managing project goals, scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources, and risks.

• Balancing risk, escalating issues, and providing progress and escalation reports.

• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders up to senior management.

• Leading and empowering project teams to follow standardized delivery processes.

• Managing external subcontractors and complex contracts to ensure efficient delivery.

• Optimizing cost performance through KPIs and resource management.

• Tracking budgets, change requests, and supporting revenue forecasting.

• Proactively proposing and implementing process improvements for consistent delivery excellence.

You're the right fit if:

• 5+ years in project management, preferably within Healthcare IT.

• Degree in software/business engineering or related field.

• PMI PMP certification or equivalent.

• Proven expertise in software professional services and cross-market project management.

• Strong knowledge of project management, cost estimation, and resource planning.

• Familiarity with Health & Safety standards.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

• Willing to travel up to 50%.
