Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
‧Shape solutions within Oracle PeopleSoft based on key client requirements.
‧Configure and test applications to to check that it meets business requirements.
‧Develop customization requirements using PeopleSoft development tools
‧Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At lease 2 years working experience related to software/system development
- Technical role for PeopleSoft, or any HR payroll system related experiences.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and onshore-offshore model.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Familiar with PeopleSoft Packages is a plus
- Familiar with Oracle DB / Linux platform is a plus.
- Having HCM system development / maintenance experience is a plus.
