Description
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify organizational needs and opportunities for improvement.- Guide and manage organizational changes to help with transitions and minimize disruptions.- Utilize data analytics to obtain metrics on progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree + 10 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in organizational development in a corporate or engineering environment.
- Experience managing or collaborating on change management initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical skills: Ability to assess complex organizational issues, identify root causes, and problem solve towards effective solutions.
- Partnership skills: Ability to partner with senior managers and above on complex team and cross-functional engagements.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels across the organization.
- Instructional design skills: Ability to design and development work sessions that have clear objectives, sequential flow, high engagement, and relevant work-related outcomes for in-person, virtual, or e-Learning.
- Project management skills: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organization and time-management capabilities.
- Communication skills: Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to filter and distill important information to the right audience.
- Multi-media tools skills: Understanding of multimedia tools, software and graphics applications, such as Keynote, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiar with organizational development and/or change management models.
- Able to facilitate robust conversations.
- Ability to cut through ambiguity.
- Experience working in a fast pace engineering environment.
- Education: BA or BS in Organizational Development, or related field
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $280,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
