Define the program plan/schedule and manage program executionDeliver communication/presentations and drive the decision-making processEffectively and consistently communicate overall program statusIdentify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficientlyImprove the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices and implement changeLimited domestic or international travel may be required
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering / technical background, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelors degree
- Experience leading multi-functional engineering teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Software or Test Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- - Advanced engineering degree
- - Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- - Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience and is data driven
- - Self-motivated and hard-working with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- - Proven ability to fit in well with a team, understand others’ capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment, and inspire team members

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $56.65 and $85.52/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
