What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

• 3+ years of experience working with AI, machine learning, or related fields, with at least 1 year in AI prompt engineering, NLP, or conversational AI.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI model development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Experience with AI conversational platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Salesforce Einstein, Intercom, BotKit, Rasa).
• Ability to analyze complex data to improve AI model performance and user experience.

It would be great if you also have:

• Hands-on experience with API integrations (SQL/NoSQL databases).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and digital engagement KPIs.

As a Prompt Engineer, you will:

• Develop, refine, and test AI prompts to optimize model performance for real-world use cases.
• Work closely with AI developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
• Analyze and iterate on model outputs to continuously improve the effectiveness of prompts.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Assist in the creation of conversational AI systems (chatbots, self-service bots) that drive customer engagement and improve digital experiences.
• Document prompt engineering processes and share insights to improve AI model training and deployment.
