Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
- Experience leading and completing global process design or process improvement projects.
- Experience with design thinking, change management and project management methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with creating and analyzing critical user journey maps and conducting statistical analyses of process performance.
- Experience supporting Staffing/HR processes (or other service industries).
- Ability to facilitate meetings and present with medium to large groups.
- Ability to gather customer requirements, define process measures, identify root causes, design process improvements, and measure project outcomes.
- Ability to discern when to employ structured problem-solving methodologies and when to adapt them to unique situations.
- Proven track record of influencing without authority when managing complex, cross-functional programs.
