As a Product Owner, you will join a dynamic and expanding team that plays a vital role in shaping the future of S/4HANA cloud Localization for Brazil & LAC region. • As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating the product vision into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution. Collaborating closely with engineering leads and managers, acting as a functional leader within the team, guiding and inspiring them to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• You will act as the bridge between our customers, stakeholders, and development teams. Ensuring that our products meet the needs of our target market and align with our business goals.
• Your primary responsibility will be to define and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and quality engineers, to translate these requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and gathering feedback to validate the quality and usability of the product. You will work closely with the development team to address any issues or bugs that arise during the development process.
• You will give guidance to others while making decisions based on close collaboration with and buy-in from a team of experts. You are accountable for WHAT, while the development team is accountable for HOW.

• Graduate studies in the field of computer science or related areas. Bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
• Able to navigate the complexities of technical discussions while considering customer needs and a holistic point of view.
• Consistently gain subject matter expertise and in-depth knowledge of your product, ensuring you are always ahead of the curve.
• Ability to lead a team, make decisions, prioritize and inspire others towards the product vision.
• Proven record in leading projects and balancing the needs of various stakeholders, including customers, team members, and business leaders.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and manage expectations.
• Ability to quickly learn new areas of knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in an international environment to ensure team success.
• Strong understanding of the whole software development life cycle (from requirements gathering to delivery and support) and its methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP solutions for Logistics processes (MM or SD), particularly in the context of Brazilian and/or LAC countries localization, is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP development is a must and ABAP OO is a plus.

• Professional experience in the Software Development industry.
• It is highly valued previous experience with SCRUM and LEAN methodologies.
