Advisor, Product Management-IT

As an Advisor, Product Management, you will drive all aspects of IT Project, program, and Portfolio activity, including collaborating, and coordinating across all IT and business segments. You will work with internal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Advisors, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget.

You will:

• Perform intake, needs assessment, and prioritization of digital adoption requests
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand department and company goals for digital adoption software and initiatives
• Work with staff to quickly design solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
• Manage project execution, reporting, and content management for digital adoption initiatives
• Research and develop strategy and solutions to meet company and department goals for digital adoption

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in user experience design, digital adoption, or a related field
• Experience with product management frameworks and roadmap creation
• Proven ability to analyze user research and translate insights into actionable product strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
