Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Review creative concepts for 3rd party and/or legal issues, manage and oversee legal briefings for new concepts and tracks projects through all phases with an eye for changes which have legal / BA implications. - Provide thoughtful support on contractual analysis, guidance on clearance and interpreting the “gray areas” surrounding IP and content creation and usage. - Clear and concise communication is required with an ability to distill complex and multifaceted problems and scenarios.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of prior experience in rights-related and business affairs operational positions in the marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of copyright, trademark and licensing and advertising law and trends.
  • Experience negotiating, reviewing and marking up licensing agreements and contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of intellectual property rights ideally gained from experience working in a marketing, advertising and/or agency environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills and a strong attention to detail with a focus on optimization and clarity in processes.
  • Exercise influence in a complex organization; exercising sound strategic, legal and business judgment in challenging situations; independent and proactive.
  • Ability to partner with Legal and Marcom BA in the application of legal standards in marketing.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter. Able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
