Responsibilities
Lead and continuously develop a team of Partner-facing roles (Account Managers, Account Executives, Coordinators) in order to achieve both organizational and team targets.
Effective objectives setting in line with company priorities and market needs
Hiring, performance management, succession planning, talent development in the team
Be the expert on the operational side to drive achievement of commercial goals for your team.
Leading the team in achieving business goals by guiding and coaching them in delivering our services to partners.
Ensure and enable the team is applying commercial and operational Booking.com frameworks within their day-to-day
Role modeling company values and 3 mindsets(Protagonist, One team, Learner)
Establish ties with partners through accompanying team members on visits, events and industry conferences.
Be the market expert on the industry by understanding the spectrum of the competitors and the landscape of partners.
Lead the organization of partner events with the objective to drive business results.
Identifying and supporting local priorities and executing company`s strategy in the dedicated team & markets
Requirements of special knowledge/skills
2+ years of people management experience in sales, hospitality or account management teams
People management skills
Performance management skills
Change management skills; ability to embed change within daily operations
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Hospitality industry knowledge
Frequent travel is required
Fluent English is required
Georgian is a must, authorization to work in Georgia is a must
