- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing security operations.
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers and managing a contracted guard team.
- Ability to communicate in English, Dutch, and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to take a multi-disciplinary approach towards security management and country resilience
- Ability to manage multiple campus sites in multiple countries in a fast-paced office environment.
- General knowledge of laws and practices of investigations and safety.
