Responsibilities– How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
Lead the learning needs analysis and development of the related Service Line learning plan and budget, ensuring alignment to EY Learning (global, EMEIA, and Europe West), talent and business strategies and Service Line learning investments prioritization.
Oversee Service Line learning processes and collaborate with other Learning Managers for consistency.
Playing an active role in the annual training curriculum planning and implementation for Service Line professionals.
Contribute to promoting the L&TD vision and strategy as a part of L&TD Management Team, and embed these into daily work.
You will be a sparring partner to the L&TD Lead provide the L&TD Lead with solicited and unsolicited advice.
Supervise an L&TD specialist team, overseeing work, performance, development, wellbeing and smooth onboarding.
Manage one or more identified L&TD projects or (cross service line) portfolio’s, such as Finance, Recruitment, Learning Technology, etc., for continuous L&TD performance improvement.

Completed Bachelor or Master degree, preferably with an organizational or educational master.
You are proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a learning and talent development role and at least 3 years of experience in managing a Learning & Talent Development team.
The ability to link L&TD team strategy to overall Talent and business strategies.
You are able to work in a complex and international corporate environment where stakeholder management is a key skill to have.
Up-to-date knowledge of L&TD trends and developments in the industry, with a strong network of internal and external experts.
You are open to change, constantly seeking improvement and value teamwork. You can adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Flexible working: you decide where and when you work in consultation with your team. At home, at the office, at the client's location, or from another European country (up to 20 working days per year).

Salary: in addition to your fixed salary, depending on EY's financial performance, you may be eligible for a bonus. You are also entitled to an expense allowance (depending on the position) and an internet allowance of €40 net per month.
Time off: you are entitled to 34 vacation days per year when full-time employed and you have the option to purchase additional days.
Birth leave: EY will pay 100% of the birth leave; in the case of additional birth leave, EY will pay 70% of the salary.
Training and education: EY believes it's important to provide everyone with the opportunity for continuous development. Therefore, we offer various soft and hard skills training programs, external courses, and the possibility to enroll in additional education. For example, you can obtain an MBA to broaden your skills in leadership, business, and tech.
Mobility: contribute directly to our ambition to reduce EY's carbon footprint to zero by 2025. With the new scheme, you can choose from diverse sustainable options through the EY My Daily Travel app or online platform. This includes lease bicycles, electric shared scooters, electric shared cars, flexible lease cars, and various subscriptions for public transport. You can also track your CO2 footprint using the app.
Bicycle arrangement: finance the purchase cost of your new bicycle through a monthly deduction from your gross salary (the purchase cost is spread over 12 months) or from your non-statutory holiday entitlement.
Pension scheme: you will start building a pension capital immediately upon joining EY. Each month, a premium is allocated to your pension account with our pension provider. You also have the option to voluntarily contribute additional funds to your pension.

Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
