Based out of Montreal, you’ll have the opportunity to work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams to contribute directly to all phases of government and privately-owned infrastructure projects. This position is full-time. Bring your enthusiasm for learning and desire to work with a multi-disciplinary team of technical experts, and we’ll help you grow!

  • Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Support the development of the program by working on tasks such as the development of project requirements, scope, resources, schedule, and budget
  • Assist the Environment & Sustainability Director in developing project management documentation including deliverables, reporting such as forecasts, risk registers, schedules and stakeholder engagement registers
  • Coordinate the monitoring and update of the schedule and progress against milestones
  • Undertake information management activities via industry used Common Date Environments such as SharePoint and ProjectWise
  • Work with our multi-disciplinary environmental and sustainability teams as necessary to complete tasks.
Here's what you'll need
  • Experience in the delivery of large (>$1bn) international rail and transportation projects.
  • Minimum 8 years of applicable experience
  • Undergraduate degree in civil engineering or related discipline
  • An interest or experience in the environment and sustainability related topics
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders (both in person and through digital channels)
  • Problem solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Bi-lingual is an asset
  • Experience in a variety of project delivery models considered an asset
  • Working towards PMP or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Experience working in a built-up or developed landscape
