Based out of Montreal, you’ll have the opportunity to work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams to contribute directly to all phases of government and privately-owned infrastructure projects. - Responsibilities of the Role:
- Support the development of the program by working on tasks such as the development of project requirements, scope, resources, schedule, and budget
- Assist the Environment & Sustainability Director in developing project management documentation including deliverables, reporting such as forecasts, risk registers, schedules and stakeholder engagement registers
- Coordinate the monitoring and update of the schedule and progress against milestones
- Undertake information management activities via industry used Common Date Environments such as SharePoint and ProjectWise
- Work with our multi-disciplinary environmental and sustainability teams as necessary to complete tasks.
Here's what you'll need
- Experience in the delivery of large (>$1bn) international rail and transportation projects.
- Minimum 8 years of applicable experience
- Undergraduate degree in civil engineering or related discipline
- An interest or experience in the environment and sustainability related topics
- Ability to communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders (both in person and through digital channels)
- Problem solving skills and great attention to detail
- Bi-lingual is an asset
- Experience in a variety of project delivery models considered an asset
- Working towards PMP or equivalent would be an asset.
- Experience working in a built-up or developed landscape
