Receives comprehensive coaching on how to become athrough real practice. Supports pre-implementation analysis, application configuration and assists in training people in Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems. Analyzes app-based problems as I/II tier of support.


Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting Consultants in pre-implementation activities (workshop, business analysis, mapping of processes)

  • Supports application configuration according to provided documentation

  • Prepares documentation, user instructions, training materials for end-users

  • Helps in performing trainings

  • Works as I/II tier of support

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong communication skills

  • Very good English language - both written and verbal

  • Very good French or German or other european language - both written and verbal

  • Preferably experience in any modern CRM or ERP systems (preferably SaaS application) – SAP or Microsoft or Salesforce or Oracle etc.

  • Nice to have: experience in any part of Microsoft Power Platform solution

  • Nice to have: experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution

  • Nice to have: experience with data visualization tool – preferably Power BI

  • Nice to have: knowledge of any modern OOP language

Domain knowledge in at least one of the following:

  • Finance & Accounts,

  • Warehousing, Procurement,

  • Trade & Logistics,

  • Manufacturing,

  • Sales

  • Marketing

  • Customer Service

  • Readiness to learn technologies from Microsoft Tech Stack

  • Ability to handle large data sets in Excel (VBA – nice to have) OR experience in any of the databases

  • Ability to prepare documentation, user manuals and training presentation
