Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years’ experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience
6+ years’ experience working in a customer-facing role, working with executives and managing various stakeholders (e.g., executives, data science/analytics teams, IT managers).
Additional or preferred qualifications
Experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient project delivery.
Experience with Spark and Databricks is preferred.
Experience in integrating disparate data systems and ensuring seamless data flow between systems and application
Experience in data modelling, data warehouses, and database design
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Breadth of technical experience and knowledge in Deep AI, GenAI and ML.
Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Python, R, Scala, or Java.
Familiarity with DevOps for AI and ML and end-to-end ML pipeline management.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and fine-tuning techniques.
Experience in ML model selection, inference optimization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Knowledge of AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity in vector databases and LLM caching mechanisms,
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
