growth by leadingthe design and development of capabilitiesto deepen engagement with existing base, reduce churn, scale existing targetmarketsand unlock new use cases.
Represent the ‘voice of the customer’ and target market approach across the business unit.
Define the productroadmap to ensurewe’rebuilding the right solutions for our current and future target markets.
Influence cross-functionally across Product,Commercial teams,Design, Sales, and Growth to drive alignment on strategy, narrative, and priorities.
Work closely with GTM on how to bring our value-added services to market and create adoption and engagement
What do you need to bring
12+ years of leadership experience in fintech, payments, or financial services companies that cater to SMB customers
Good understanding of SMB merchant needs in US and Europe
leadingproductsthat require coordination of many stakeholders and cross functional teams
Experience developing a multi-year vision,strategyandproductroadmap for large scale products
Very strong
Global Experience aplus
Ability to navigate highly matrixed environment
