As a Trading Services Associate in the Operations Back Office, you'll be responsible for understanding trading structures to accurately capture and process all transactions, complete reconciliation checks, and ensure controls are performed. Also, you will be providing support to the Trading and Sales desks, mainly for Equities, Futures and Options products. The main responsibilities of role are listed below.

Job Responsibilities:

• Equities and F&O settlement
• Collateral / Intraday Risk Management
• Corporate Actions Control
• SBL / Short position/give up control
• Regulatory Reports
• Reconciliations
• Options Registration in B3 (new deals, unwinds)
• Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis
• Clear and concise communication with all support teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queries
• Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Fluent in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of financial markets
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Able to meet deadlines, prioritize and prompt escalate issues
• Thoroughness and attention to detail and accuracy
• Sense of ownership
• Enthusiastic, multi-tasking, highly motivated and effective under tight timeframes and pressure
• Great team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environment
• Strong problem solving, control, and project management skills
