In this HEM Config & Dep Technician role, is a self-motivated, team-oriented individual that fulfils a key position within our company. The responsibilities of this position include driving and supporting the Configuration and Deployment process by focusing on quality and efficiency. Deployment technicians are expected to provide feedback regarding process issues.
This position will report to the HEM Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Active participation in all aspects of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.
• Configuring and deploying customer’s Handheld Products. Ex: Honeywell / Samsung / Apple / Zebra devices
• Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction).
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• The candidate must work with urgency, be very detail oriented, and work well in a team environment.
• Flexible to work other department too as needed
• Work hours : 09:00 am – 05:30 pm (Mon-Friday)

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge applicable to install software, Configure, trouble shooting on iOS and Android devices
• 1+ Year relevant experience
