Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• 丰富的医疗器械相关招标经验或应诉经验，精通招标全流程，能够快速专业响应省级集采项目中出现的质疑投诉。
• 深度掌握政府采购流程及相关法律法规，针对省级集采项目进行过程制定质疑投诉相关的专业解决方案，并配合销售团队解决流程问题。
• 根据掌握的区域竞品的集采动向，在招标环节，贡献有力的打击方案，协助销售团队提高赢率

Qualifications:

• 3~4年解决质疑投诉类相关工作经验
• 本科及以上学历，法学专业优先
• 有诉讼律师背景或者法律背景者优先
• 有医疗器械投标诉讼相关经验优先
• 有较强的沟通能力,严谨的逻辑性及独立的解决问题能力
