Key Responsibilities:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the full development lifecycle, collaborating closely with our customers and industry partners to understand their requirements. You will identify the appropriate architecture, design, implement, test, and maintain SCM Optimization services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing our cloud-native GitOps continuous deployment process.
• Operating and expanding our SAP Gardener-managed Kubernetes clusters across multiple regions on various hyperscalers.
• Supporting our GO microservice developers.
• Providing and configuring essential services such as Istio, Redis, Postgres, and Blob storage.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and Groovy scripting.
• Strong scripting skills and experience with Docker, Linux, and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps and microservice architecture.
• Strong development background, with a focus on clean code principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or willingness to learn Kubernetes (K8s), ArgoCD, Security Scanning, Helm, and Project Piper (Pipeline Framework).
