What you’ll do
- Analyze and harden existing infrastructure, monitoring capabilities, application coding, and DevOps processes.
- Analyze the existing infrastructure and provide expertise on containerization and migration to Kubernetes (K8S).
- Work on infrastructure as code and ensure teams have the environments, deployment pipelines, and tools necessary to be efficient, e.g., automate processes for environment setup, deployments, monitoring and debugging, etc.
- Implement monitoring and code analysis capabilities for microservices.
- Identify and address security and performance issues. Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline that provides a solid background in software development.
- Experience with cloud tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Kibana, Grafana,
- Knowledge of Dynatrace or any APM tool would be a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps automation concepts, practices and procedures.
- Good experience with microservices, cloud services, and CI/CD concepts at an enterprise scale.
- Experience in writing software in languages such as Java, Python, Go, Shell Script (5 years or more)
- Fluency both written and spoken in English
Tech you bring
- APM tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Catchpoint, Elastic CICD Tools - Jenkins, ArgoCD
- Good understanding of Public Cloud - Azure, GCP
- Good understanding of Microservices and Kubernetes
Tech you'll learn
- Developing Infrastructure-as-Code and automation pipelines using Terraform and CICD tools like Jenkins.
- Setting up end-to-end observability for Enterprise application deployed in multiple data centers across the globe.
- Work with vendor and central teams to architect the tooling deployment following best practices.
- Release management and maintenance for all observability tools.
