Role Overview:

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality marketing materials that resonate with internal audiences. This hands-on role with Jacobs Design Automation involves developing creative strategies and content to enhance the adoption and visibility of our digital products/tools, which aim to improve efficiencies across the organization. Working closely with global product teams, you will craft compelling product marketing campaigns and launch plans to elevate internal engagement.

Content Development and Messaging

  • Create product messaging frameworks that position Jacobs' digital solutions and services as industry leaders.
  • Write high-quality, engaging copy for various channels, ensuring engagement and impact.
  • Develop proof points such as case studies, success stories, Product One-pagers, FAQ, client presentations, etc.

Branding

  • Lead efforts in Design Automation tools branding - naming, and visual identity creation.
  • Collaborate with creative design teams to produce visual assets.
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals align with brand guidelines in coordination with the branding team.

Creative

  • Work with creative teams to create high-quality designs for Design Automation tools.
  • Work on planning, creating storyboard for videos – tailored for various marketing / training purposes.
  • Leverage innovative designs / storytelling techniques to drive engagement and capture end-users engagement and attention.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with product teams to understand marketing requirements and align deliverables.
  • Participate in regular stand-up calls to share updates on marketing activities and timelines.
  • Report progress and key milestones to stakeholders across the globe.
Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a global environment, with flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for collaboration.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience working in the Engineering sector
  • B2B software product marketing
  • Scaling and lead generation or customer adoption for start-ups

Please note - This is a Contractual role for a year.
