We’re looking for a passionate Lead Product Designer to guide this product to new and innovative places.

  • Lead the Way: Shape the design vision and strategy for our workflows automation product. Oversee the design process and ensure everything is user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Understand Users: Dive into user research to get to know their needs and challenges. Use these insights to make design decisions that truly resonate with our users.
  • Design Solutions: Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that make our product intuitive and easy to use.
  • Work with the Team: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other team members to make sure our designs align with product goals and technical constraints.
  • Mentor Others: Support and guide junior designers, helping them grow and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Keep It Consistent: Develop and maintain design standards to ensure a cohesive look and feel across the product.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with design trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Experienced Designer: You have 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design, and you’ve led design projects before. Experience with workflow automation is a plus.
  • Portfolio Pro: You have a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and your ability to tackle complex projects.
  • Tool Savvy: You’re comfortable with design tools like Figma, Rive, and prototyping tools.
  • Leader and Collaborator: You know how to lead a team, communicate your ideas clearly, and work well with others.
  • Educated: You have a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Additional certifications are a bonus.
