Wells Fargo Senior Equipment Finance Sales Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing specific dealers including driving sales volume by effectively visiting and communicating with the dealer key touch points; including sales managers and dealer executives.
  • Work with internal cross functional teams including operations, equipment management and our OEM partner to deliver top of class service, effectively manage a deal pipeline with multiple dealers, and take ownership of every part of the deal management process.
  • Support Lead Credit Product Portfolio Specialists


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Equipment Finance Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales; preferably with vendor finance
  • 2+ years of Equipment Finance experience
  • Basic knowledge of lending products
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to qualify, structure, price, negotiate, and close credit transactions
  • Structuring experience with financial products including loans, FMV leases, and inventory lines
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding business goals and objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
