Your Role and Responsibilities

As a SoftwareDevelopment Process,Continuous Integration and Operations of the products you own andwith stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and external teams in delivering business value

  • Provide timelines, technical advice

  • and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

  • Track project progress and report on key metrics.

  • Technical Leadership:

  • up to datewith the latest software development technologies and trends.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.

  • You will partner with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders to build/refine the product roadmap andestablishengineering goals.

  • You will collaborate with the leadership team to continuously manage trade-offs between scope,resourcesand time during the development lifecycle.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Establish quality standards and processes.

  • Oversee testing activities and ensure product quality.

  • Implement continuous improvement practices

  • Oversee and achieve ambitious goals for performance, stability,scalabilityand quality of the products.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • experience in software development managementand leadingsoftware developmentteam

  • Strong technical skills, includingproficiencyinweb developmentinReact,AWS solutions, and backend engineering (preferably in Java)

  • track recordof leading successful software development projects.We will ask forreally solidexamples!

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience in working withbig-databased solutions and understanding of performance challenges and solutions would be a great benefit
