Key Qualifications
- Hands-on experience and proven track of record in PVD process including thermal evaporation, sputtering, etc.
- Expertise in thin film & material characterization, process environment/parameter analysis
- Proven experience with light emitting device fabrication, process optimizations, and process inspection on R&D fabrication line or production
- Good understanding of display technology and related LED fabrication process
- Efficient data analysis skills, Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proactive attitude and team-working spirit
Description
- We investigate new OLED process technologies, perform benchmarking, process innovation, process feasibility studies, and generate accurate enablers for advanced OLED performance and new features.
Education & Experience
BS in Materials Science or similar and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
