Job Description

Responsibilities

Works in coordination with AH IT Commercial PMO to:

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

• Manage and communicate project expectations to stakeholders, team members, and third-party contractors or consultants

• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating when necessary

• Facilitate and lead meetings to discuss project objectives and progress

• Report project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the results and lessons learned

• Manage financial spend according to approved budgets

• Monitor, control and manage project related risks before they become issues

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Project Manager

• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform

• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Agile, Scrum or Prince2 certifications preferred

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst and Consultant) preferred
