1st shift (United States of America)Position work style: In office four (4) days/week.Responsible for processing international transactions under direct supervision. Communicate directly with clients who use international services and expected to adhere to the Division's client service standards, policies and procedures at all times. Required to handle client transactions (e.g. debiting/crediting funds from demand deposit accounts (DDA), examining Letter of Credit documents and ensuring all parties/processes adhere to banking regulations).


Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Must have a sound working knowledge in the following products as designated by the respective letter of credit
operational unit:
Boycott Regulations; Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC); Bank Secrecy Act (BSA); Know Your Client (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
2. Letters of Credit Operations
Document examination and processing - Import Letters of Credit; Document examination and processing - Export Letters of Credit; Letter of credit issuance; Incoming/Outgoing payments and wire transfers; Bankers Acceptances (BA); Discounted Bankers Acceptances.
3. Standby Letters of Credit
Issuance; Processing/ billing.
4. Documentary Collections
Import & Export


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Associate Degree or equivalent
2. Three years of operations work experience
3. Two years of international operations experience
4. Strong communication skills (Reading, Writing and comprehension skills) and customer service skills
5. Ability to follow bank policies and procedures
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Two years of International Documentary Trade or International Payments/FX Operations experience
2. Complete the required steps of the International Division Career Path, or equivalent Knowledge.
3. Knowledge of the GTSNet Application
