Experience in sales, including various sales techniques (e.g., effective questioning, objection handling, pitching).
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client engagements.

Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, including expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth, and new business acquisition for agencies.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context and drive growth.
