Job Area:

Responsibilities:

  • Architecture, design, and development of mixed-signal circuits for LPDDR5/6 systems

  • Custom blocks include high-speed Rx/Tx, clock distribution, clocking delay elements (DLL/PLL), references blocks and band-gap circuits

  • Custom schematic capture, SPICE analysis and exhaustive pre-silicon validation

  • Post-silicon bringup support and system enablement

  • Working closely with the analog mask layout team to deliver IP on the latest FinFET technology nodes

  • Power Delivery and Signal and Power integrity

Desired requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in custom mixed-signal circuit design

  • Experience in custom schematic capture, layout and SPICE analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 2+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
