General Summary:
Managing Soft services IT/ITEs infrastructure covered office cum Lab environments.
Managing the Café Food & Beverage programs with high quality Safety standards.
Standard operating procedures (SOP) to be followed.
Responsible for day-to-day operation of housekeeping services.
Should be top of everything Quality, Innovation and technology upgrading and implementation.
KPI, Cafe Incident tracker, Café App Metrics, Cleaning & kitchen staff training metrics to be followed
Budget Planning and finance control management
Knowledge and conducting periodic food safety audit
Managing the HSE Programs
Pest control Management
Handling Procurement Process
Vendor and Contract management
Equipment PPM and life cycle management
Managing Customer and client feedback system
QA/QC training management
Tickets, Feedback, Utilization, Incident & RCA tracker to be followed.
Equipment reliability management
Study and analyze the user experience and enhancement.
Implement Sustainability program and maintain the records.
Skill development training to be conducted.
Maintain the statutory and compliance records.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management Services
Work Experience:10 to 15Yrs of experience in soft services, primarily Food and Beverages management in star hotels, Corporate Facilities management handling Food service portfolio.
Additional Curriculum:Knowledge in food safety audit and Certification done in FSSAI and other HSE courses.
