As a member of the Business Management team, you will influence outcomes for Operations, partner to set strategic goals and work to optimize the organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Banking & Fraud Operations leadership team, a diverse group of stakeholders that support several distinct products
- Support the lead business manager with communicating strategic priorities and tracking progress
- Assist in driving the agenda and cadence of recurring and ad hoc leadership meetings
- Develop agendas and presentations for town halls, business reviews, and other internal forums
- Partner across the organization to execute on the people agenda
- Drive stakeholder outreach and engagement including executive communications such as newsletters and announcements
- Act as key liaison with Finance in preparing budgets and forecasts, expense management, headcount reporting, and managing allocations
- Serve as a key partner with HR in tracking the status and funding of open headcount and overall staffing needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in or related to financial services strategy, business management and/or financial planning
- Knowledge and practical understanding of commercial banking and investment banking products and processes
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to support the goals of the business.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and execute strategic plans
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills across multiple audiences at senior levels
- Experience managing professionals in project-based environments and ability to coach and develop the team
- Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills – ability to lead projects, interact with colleagues at all levels, prioritize issues and manage team capacity
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- An interest in utilizing AI/ML to support business transformation
