Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Vascular Cardio team to re-design and re-organize channel structure develop the cross Vascular Cardio channel distributor's objective, strategies, tactics and action plans to support the plan consistent with BSC strategic plan.
  • Ensure that all of BSC business, sales and marketing activities with distributor has been re-evaluation by cross all Vascular Cardio related divisions.
  • Re-Develop and execute both short- and long-range invest programs in project of Vascular Cardio.
  • Ensure BSC’s Quality Policy and Guidelines are understood by the Distributor.
  • Ensure that all of our business, sales and marketing activities with the Distributor are legally and ethically compliant, without compromising our code of conduct, and the principles stated in BSC Corporate Integrity Program.
  • Closely monitor Vascular Cardio market dynamics and competitors' channel strategies, timely collect and analyze relevant intelligence to provide strong support for the company's decision-making.
  • Innovate channel models: Actively re-explore vascular cardio channel models after VBP era to expand the company's market coverage and brand influence.
  • Ensure the Distributor understands our Code of Conduct and Corporate Integrity Policy and have been trained accordingly.
  • Ensure that any and all potential code of conduct issues are immediately reported through the appropriate channels.
  • Develop and execute both short and long term sales plans and programs to ensure revenue, gross profit, and sales process objectives are achieved across their portfolio of Distributors.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the market and distributor's business to identify how BSC’s products provide a value-added solution.
  • Negotiate key contract terms with distributor, while sustaining strong distributor relationships.
  • Continuously look for new ways to improve product and service offerings to reflect changing business needs and identify additional applications for existing products.
  • Provide advanced consulting regarding projects to address distributors on business issues, such as: workflow, management, product mix, promotion, shipping, inventory management, etc.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and proactively identify forecast risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate with the marketing team on the development and execution of new product launches to ensure the distributor’s sales team is properly prepared upon completion.
  • Facilitate communication between the Distributor and Regulatory regarding product registration. This will promote a timely registration process and ensure that appropriate action is taken when necessary.
  • Write monthly management reports to communicate franchise results, issues, solutions, competitive landscape and recruiting activity.
