As Quality Assurance Manager, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, and TPM teams to transform vision into reality. Working with cutting-edge AI features, you'll set technical direction for QA and drive automation excellence across teams.Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead quality engineering teams across locations
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks
• Drive quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure robust test coverage and successful feature delivery
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams on requirements
• Foster strong relationships with quality partners
• Monitor and communicate quality metrics to stakeholdersA day in the life

• Providing expert quality guidance and best practices consultation
• Ensuring timely defect resolution and continuous improvement of customer experiences
- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience
- Experience managing manual testers
- Experience managing automation testers
- Experience testing web technologies and back-end services
- Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background
- Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
- Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
- Experience driving technological and process innovation
- Experience in automation testing
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
