In this role, you will:- Lead process validation sessions with cross-functional partners- Present design outcomes and recommendations to leaders and key stakeholders for consensus and final sign-off- Create and maintain detailed process maps and design documentation- Monitor qualitative and quantitative process health, risk and performance metrics to help identify process improvement opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- 3+ years of HR process design and project management experience
- Experience leading and facilitating global process design workshops
- Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with subject matter expertise in a variety of business, functional and technology areas
- Ability to use data and analysis to drive process improvement
- Act as a liaison between the Business and technology partners to ensure business objectives will be achieved with proposed technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR)
- Experience evaluating solution options
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting
