Purpose Statement
The core objective of this role is to support the Nordic Tender Manager to maintain the goals and objectives of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities over entering agreements and quotes in SAP
Quote and contract creation for specific product areas across all Nordics.
Active participation in on-going public tenders, when needed, contributing part
Interaction and close collaboration with BUMs, Account Managers, Customer Care, EMEA Tender Teams (best practices)
Be a contact point for the contractual queries and proactively work on solving the customer requests
Proactively driving input from relevant stakeholder to ensure timely submission of queries to customers.
Partner with the business to follow up on contractual obligations
Exploring opportunities to drive efficiency and implement best practices for the product group and contracts
Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating policies and procedures to meet, comply all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific
Expert level of capability with SAP and other software packages.
Builds strong customer relationships and encourages open discussions which contribute to continuous improvement opportunities.
Develops relationships with internal customers to maintain critical communication processes.
Delivers customer and company expectations within agreed time frames.
