• Supporting with developing, implementing, and evaluating plans and programs designed to ensure client needs are met
• Operational support, including establishing project plans/trackers, managing program budgets and monitoring spend to ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule; and per committed deadlines and KPIs
• Creative agency project management support for select campaigns
• Events support including planning, logistics support, vendor management, budgeting, and client intel research
• Additional areas of support as needed, including:
o Providing connection across the team to help surface areas where programs or initiatives intersect
o Assist with managing very complex and sensitive programs, such as the Uplift social equity and Social Mobility storytelling series, e-learning (e.g., IL4ALL, Upstanding, etc.), GSET and GDEISC priorities (e.g., AIM, Self-ID) and others, across several stakeholder groups, ultimately enhancing the firm’s reputation and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace
o Assisting with management of logistics and execution of global observance days (e.g., IDPD, IWD, GAAD, IDAHOTB) and to help provide templates/toolkits, etc. to Regions for local activation
o Assisting with and overseeing the integration of inclusion principles and assets into key internal and external events (e.g., GPG, GDEISC, Milestones, Horizons, COP, MWC, etc.) to ensure that each initiative aligns with the firm’s strategic goals
o Work with other GDS teams to get BMC materials/assets/collateral SCORE approved
o Coordinate with other GDS teams to get creatives/content developed and updated on SharePoint sites and tool kits
o Coordinate the collation of ROI metrics for programs.
o Coordinate with appropriate teams (e.g., procurement) for work with vendors, including managing any EY processes such as BRET/BRIDGE, SoWs, payment of invoices, etc.
o Providing detailed agenda for reoccurring team meetings, tracking and surfacing issues with consistency and follow through
o Manage BMC Planning tool for the team• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal -- and active listening skills
• Proactive approach to effectively identify program impacts and appropriate next steps
• Consistent follow through to ensure that issues are tracked and closed out effectively
