Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years experience or equivalent in Strategy, Strategic Ops, Management consultancy or other strategic roles that define customer experiences.
- 5+ years Leadership experience with proven ability to develop high performing teams by cultivating a ownership mindset and pro activeness in problem solving.
- Proven leadership in conceptualizing and launching complex global programs/projects.
- Deep analytical experience to drive development of key performance metrics that inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for commercial enablement to enhance revenue, increased attach rates, and engagement —driving business growth through strategic insights.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity to be easily internalized for a broad range of audiences. Leverages data to drive recommendations, decision, and storytelling that resonates with internal audiences and leadership.
- Highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships. Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations to leadership.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA preferred - education is just one aspect of your comprehensive skillset.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
