Program designed to introduce associates with little to no work experience to business (Across LOBs). Role is created to provide on the job training & build skills in apprentice. Length of employment is pre-established for a set period of time. Work assignments are well defined with a high degree of supervision and direction provided
Required Background:
- Must have graduated from the Road to Hire program
- Completed technology certification from partnered organization (Road to Hire)
- Highly organized self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork oriented
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Commitment to learning and building a technical and business skill set
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with bothtechnology/developmentand business partners
- Solid grasp of how technology interacts with other technology
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple business partners
