Program designed to introduce associates with little to no work experience to business (Across LOBs). Role is created to provide on the job training & build skills in apprentice. Length of employment is pre-established for a set period of time. Work assignments are well defined with a high degree of supervision and direction provided

• Must have graduated from the Road to Hire program
• Completed technology certification from partnered organization (Road to Hire)
• Highly organized self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork oriented
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Commitment to learning and building a technical and business skill set
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with bothtechnology/developmentand business partners
