Take ownership of the Go To Market motion, driving demand generation for the outcome and Offering pillar.
Measure success through qualified pipeline generation and year-over-year growth.
Lead the Business Development strategy for the offering, including white space analysis and partnerships, as well as new product introductions.
Conduct market analysis and research to identify growth areas.
Provide support and facilitate growth for the front-end Sales and consulting team.
Implement best practices from different regions to enhance Sales performance.
Take charge of performance monitoring and MOS ownership, driving the Global MOS and ensuring effective monitoring and reporting.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, P&E, Consulting, and Business teams to drive offering uptake.
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years leading in Sales, Business Development, or Consulting for Process Optimization Solutions.
Experience in Demand Generation or Business Development activities.
Strong grasp of/focus on usability of CRMA tools.
Ability to communicate business values and influence the commercial team and customers.
Ability to define a strategic vision and articulate it in front of a variety of audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with internal stakeholders and customers8.

BS, MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, , or equivalent.
An MBA in General Management, Operations
